In enterprise SaaS, a hallucination is an embarrassing answer. In robotics or real-time control, a confident guess is a crash. Post-hoc API guardrails wait for a hallucinated response to finish, route it to a second checker, and only then decide whether to block it. That extra 500ms+ of network and policy latency is dead-on-arrival for physical systems.

The Deterministic Runtime

Continuous thermodynamic calibration.

LogitScore runs inside the inference path. By monitoring thermodynamic token entropy at the silicon level, it can answer, route, or actively defer in microseconds. If uncertainty crosses policy—for example, if entropy > 0.80: HALT_AND_DEFER—the runtime stops execution before the unsafe token is detokenized or a robotic action is taken.
